Day of arrival

Your room is available from 14:00. If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage at the reception. Check-in is possible until 24:00. However if you decide to arrive after 18:00 please let us know in advance, because the reservation is guaranteed until 18:00.

Day of departure

Please check-out before 12:00. If you wish to have a late check-out please inform at the reception desk what the possibilities are.

Child discount

Children up to 3 years old can stay for free, provided they stay in their parents room. Baby cots are available on request at the reception desk. It is not possible to place a third bed in the room. For this you need to book an extra room with connecting door.

Guarantee

With your credit card or a deposit you can guarantee your reservation. If we do not have a prepayment or credit card number and expiration date, your room will be released, if you have not arrived before 18:00. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your card.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the reservation made up to 48 hours before arrival free of charge. If you cancel within 48 hours before arrival, we will charge 100% of the reserved value.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro and PIN or cash. If the cost of the accommodation have to be invoiced, this must be agreed upon in writing in advance. Payment by invoice must be completed within 8 days.

General conditions

On all agreements the Uniform Conditions of Hospitality (UVH) apply. These can be requested at the reception desk or are sent free of charge upon request. The UVH is binding on anyone who uses our services. Download conditions here.
